Award Winners
Two of our fellow employees Linda Thornton and Noah Spradling, along with one of our members Evan Spradling, competed in the Gritmas Classic Competition held by the Southern Powerlifting Federation on December 7th.
Linda weighed in at 126 lb, and her top lifts in Squat, Bench, and Deadlift are as followed: 240lb, 155lb, and 340lb. Giving her an overall total of 735, which landed her 1st place in her weight class.
Noah weighed in at 211lb, and his top lifts in Squat, Bench, and Deadlift are as followed: 480lb, 335lb, and 520lb. Giving him an overall total of 1335, which landed him 1st place in his weight class.
Evan weighed in at 145lb, and his top lifts in Squat, Bench, and Deadlifts are as followed: 290lb, 185lb, and 390lb. Giving him a total of 865lb, which landed him 1st place in his weight class.
