The Group Fitness schedule can be accessed quickly under “Member Resources” in the middle of our homepage
- All updates, announcements, changes in operating hours and news will be posted under “Fort Sanders Health and Fitness Center News” located at the bottom of our homepage
- All department programming and information is now located under “Fitness & Sports”
- Our new events calendar, located under “Calendar” at the top of the homepage, will soon showcase special events, registration deadlines, program launches and more
