We have a variety of small groups to choose from with many more coming soon! Small group training is a great way to keep motivated and ensure accountability. Groups are forming now on the Fit Floor, PT Studio, Space Station, and track. If you thought Personal training was too expensive, think again! The more in the group, the more you save. Let’s work together towards a better you.
Youth Strength: Develop strength, power, speed, and agility during optimal windows of development (10‐14y/o).
Fit Ladies Always Stay Health (F.L.A.S.H.): In search of a fun, intense exercise experience? This group of ladies come together in an environment that emphasizes accountability, personal progress and a variety of exercise disciplines. Offered as an outlet for someone who may see themselves outside of the traditional avenues of HIIT, strength training and plyometrics. This group meets Monday/Wednesday/Friday @5:45am.
FSHFC Run: One‐on‐One Coaching & Group Run Sessions
