New on Sundays – Warm Hatha Yoga at 1:10pm
Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system taht includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yoga breathing exercises) which bring peace to the mind and body.
In this 45 minute class we will warm the room and lead you through slow, gentle asanas and hold poses slightly longer while the muscles are warm. This class is great for beginners as well as intermediate students who prefer a more relaxed style.
